How does the trade-in process work?
Submit your sports gear through the form and we'll review it within 24 hours. You'll receive:

What sports gear can I trade in?
Trade-In is currently available for selected gear in the following sports:
- Football (Soccer)
- AFL
- Cricket
How do I send my gear?
If you accept our trade-in offer, we'll email you a prepaid Australia Post shipping label. Simply pack your gear, attach the label and send it to us.
What items aren't accepted?
We don't accept heavily worn or damaged items, counterfeit products, or gear that no longer has resale value. To be eligible, items should:
- Have an original retail value of $150+
- Be less than 3 years old
- Be in "like new" or "new" condition
When do I get paid?
Once your gear is received and inspected, payment is processed within 24 hours via bank transfer or digital gift card.
Do I have to accept the trade-in offer?
No. If the trade-in isn't right for you, you can choose to list your gear on AthleteXchange instead.
